Origin
Our family has a long tradition of wine making and in the recent years, de Darkó & Schauby has returned to our ancestral roots of wine production.
Traditionally a family of white wine makers, we have professional experience in the vineyard, cellar and not least in the laboratory. Passion for wine is shared by the whole family and we would like to share this with our friends and clients as well.
Distillation of spirits from grapes and fruit is another branch of the family history. Traditional spirits and distillation goes back to the early Middle Ages and we are slowly rediscovering the old recipes – we look forward to sharing a glass with everybody in the near future!

Development of new products for the alcoholic beverage market is done in cooperation with experienced distillers, marketing professionals and local farmers.
Along with extensive knowledge of traditional wine making, this ensures all natural organic products that combines tradition with modern consumer demands.
We produce our own wine brands and support our clients whether they want to purchase and start their own winery or if they want to start out with produce their own wine brand. From winery to bottle, we try to make the process as smooth as possible.
