The fishing methods used by Danish vessels are sustainable and 70% percent is certified by the rigorous standards of the MSC (MarineStewardship Counsel).
All Danish wild fish is marked with vessel number and has full traceability, so you can track where, when and how it is caught. Denmark is the most certified country in the wild when it comes to high quality wild caught fish.

Sales
All wild fish in Denmark is handled by the main auctions on the west coast of Jutland. The fish is cooled and packed at sea and then delivered directly, so the chain of cooling is never broken.
